Hints to help you with your search:
•If you are interested in Active Adult communities then click on "Search By Locations". Next under "By City" click on the city or click on "----- Search All -----" (for all the Phoenix Metro area). Next under "By School District" click on "Adult". This will provide all the Active Adult communities in the area(s) you selected.
•If you are after Active Adult communities specifically in the Gilbert and Chandler areas then the following will help narrow your search:
Sun Lakes is its own town. To find Sun Lakes properties select "Sun Lakes" in the "By City" list. If you have price ranges or other requirements select or enter them also.
Sunbird, Solera and Springfield will be found by selecting "Chandler" in the city list and "Adult" in the school district list.
Trilogy will be found by selecting "Gilbert" in the city list and "Adult" in the school district list.
•If you are after a particular type of property:
If you want a condominium then in the "Dwelling type" select "townhouse" and "apartment" type.
If you want information on the villas in Sun Lakes select "townhouse" as the "Dwelling type".
If you are from the midwest and would like a duplex then select "Gemini/Twin Home" as the "Dwelling type".
If you are looking for a basement you may not get a lot of properties in the results. Very few homes are build in Phoenix with a basement. This selection is part of the "Search By Features" area.
